Sakuar sat at her desk, trying to focus on the paperwork she had because of Naruto. He came in wounded from a spar with Sasuke which was not that unusual. He was resting, already healed by Sakura, sleeping his fatigue away. But now she had to write down everything about him and his wounds, from his basic info, to his wounds and the medicine she used in addition to her jutsu's. She found it unfair that she had to sit there in her dimly light office on a Saturday evening, scribbling down Naruto's bio for him.
Sakura sighed and put the pen away, she couldn't concentrate anymore, she felt a headache comming already. She stood up and walked out of her office to the cafeteria for her dinner. On her way she saw Hinata sitting infront of Naruto's room. Her head was down and Sakura couldn't see her face. She stopped infront of her.
"Hinata-chan, he's okay." She daid and gave her friend a smile as she looked up into her emerald eyes. She nodded, still not smiling, she seemed relieved though.
"Sakura-chan, could you tell me what happened? I was so worried..." she trailed of and listened to Sakura's explanation of Naruto's and Sasuke's spar.
"Thank you Sakura-chan. But your shift was this morning, have you been here the whole time?" Hinata would've looked happier if she wouldn't have been worried about Sakura's well being now. Sakura scratched the back of her head sheepishly.
"Yeah kinda, there was so much to do and I didn't want to leave the nurses alone with this heap of patient and paper work so I thought I should help." her explanation was met by Hinata shaking her head.
"Sakura, as a doctor you should know that you're supposed to eat something, what about we go out, I haven't eaten dinner yet." Sakura and Hinata smiled at each other and Sakura nodded happily.
Together they walked to Ichiraku's. After they ordered Sakura asked Hinata if her relationship to Naruto had progressed.
"No, I guess he'll never notice me." Was her answer. Sakura smiled and shook her head.
"Hinata-chan, I know Naruto very well, he's like the brother I never had. He can be quite stupid sometimes, okay he's a total baka most of the time, you're the best that could happen to him, really." she said and watched Hinata blush and shake her head.
"Naruto-kun may seem a little bit straight-forward sometimes but his will to protect his friends is what amazes me, I adore him for it." Sakura laughed and nodded.
"Yeah, there's no person that can't fall for his charm, he makes friends with everyone." Sakura said after taking a sip from her Miso-Soup. Hinata giggled shortly and kept a smile on her face.
"He's a hard-training person and a good ninja." Hinata commented and took a sip from her sweet bean soup.
"Yes he is, even though his ambitions seemed very high to me at first, I know he'll be a good Hokage." She smiled at her friend and knew that Hinata was exactly what Naruto needed in women. Sakura sighed, Naruto was just to blind to notice Hinata's feelings, which was sad.
"Hinata-chan, you have to confess to Naruto, he'll never know unless you tell him your feelings." This may have been straight-forward but it was needed. Hinata looked like a deer in the head-lights.
"Sakura-chan! I can't! He'll never feel the same as me and I think he likes you." She stammered the first part but she got her point out. Sakura shook her head.
"Hinata-chan, Naruto and me are like brother and sister, he may have had a slight crush on me in our genin days but that's long gone. I see him only as a good friend, he's very dear to me and that's exactly why you need to tell him how you feel. I know him and I can tell you, he has a soft spot for you, he's just to stupid to know." Hinata blushed furiously and Sakura thought she'd calm down again but to her horror she fell from the chair and was unconscious.
"Oh my..." Sakura said and huffed, if Hinata wasn't able to tell Naruto how she felt - the good friend she is - she had to do it for her. But for the beginning, sh had to help her friend regain her consciousness again.

Request by *chakragoddess

The request was to write about Sakura & Hinata and their different perspectives of Naruto...Yeah I know it's not that visable in my drabble but oh well, one of my first fan-fics without any direct romance!
I'm so happy, this was fun to write!

If you'd like a request, too, here's the journal about how you can get one: [link]
